Adnan has worked for three different admissions committees: Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown Law School (as a consultant) and George Washington University. He has coached countless students on college essays, admissions strategies, college selection, resumes, college applications, letters of recommendation, mock interviews, and financial aid. More recently, he was interviewed by CBS Senior Reporter Kimberly Suiters regarding the college essay and application process as an expert.

Over his twenty years in Washington, DC and New York, he has also worked for The White House Press Office, US Senate Finance and Judiciary Committees, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, OSCE (as Advisor to the Chief of Mission for the 2012 US presidential elections) and served as Chief Operating Officer of a bilateral development initiative inaugurated by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with General Colin Powell as Honorary Chair. Currently, he works with the US Department of State.

Olivia J.

She has graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Filmmaking and English Language and Literature. She has received Summa Cum Laude for her thesis film, which she wrote,directed and edited. She was a moderator and director of the Harvard National Model United Nations, HACIA Democracy and the Harvard Model Organization of American States; she has held multiple leadership positions within The Harvard Advocate (Harvard's prestigious literary magazine), and was actively involved in the Harvard Radcliffe Dramatic Club.
